Can you Please tell about Icloud Bulk email supporting ESP’s , and please give some tips about how we can maintain Daily Email Volume to icloud customers.

Thank you very much for your question! Apple does not disclose official numbers, only best practices.
I’d like to point out the requirement of rDNS (the fourth item on the list).
Start by limiting the daily sending to 20% of your iCloud subscriber base. Start with the most engaged subscribers.
If you can send twice in a row without any issues, increase the daily limit by 10%. Always add the most engaged subscribers first.
You can continue this process until you start to experience blocking issues.
When this happens, cut your daily volume in half and repeat the process, increasing the daily limit by 10% each time you send twice without issues.
This way, you will find the limits that Apple applies to your subscriber list.
