Deliverability Journal – Apr 18th, 2023

Fabrício Yutaka Fujikawa, April 18, 2023April 18, 2023

Continuing with the case of the Google notification “User suspended for spamming,” another account was suspended yesterday. We identified that on that day, almost 300 messages were the same type (the seventh in the cadence.)

We decided to modify the cadences so that Klenty limits the number of messages for each step per day.

We achieved this by setting a daily limit for each message in the first step and restricting the sending time in the subsequent steps (as it was impossible to establish a direct limitation on the number of messages).

Now an example of an automated win-back campaign with two messages on ActiveCampaign.

The CTA was to click on a link in the email to stay on the list.
