Deliverability Journal – Apr 12th, 2023

Fabrício Yutaka Fujikawa, April 12, 2023June 17, 2023

Today, I will share a case study of a proposal I sent to a client regarding their welcome email sequence. They provide consulting services in the B2B market.

I hope this post will also encourage you to optimize your welcome email sequence.

First, I analyzed the current situation, highlighting its strengths and areas for improvement.

Next, I presented the suggested new sequence and its elements.

The proposed email sequence was based on the customer journey for each client’s services.

Then, I suggested a two-phase implementation plan with incremental cycles for fast value delivery.

Finally, I defined the next steps and responsibilities.
