Deliverability Journal – Nov 15th, 2022

Fabrício Yutaka Fujikawa, November 16, 2022

Client: ANT

A quick deliverability audit to help the client decide between other professionals for an ongoing engagement model and me.

It is a tool for sending large files, in which users send a large file by filling in: the sender’s email, recipient’s email, and a message.

The tool then sends emails to the sender and recipient with intermediate notifications about file delivery.

The challenge is that these are typically free email users. So, there is a corporate email cold emailing free email accounts.

Furthermore, there is a link in the message (the file itself).

Finally, the platform has no control over the text of the content (it may contain words that trigger anti-spam filters.)

In fact, many Gmail users had already reported as SPAM many messages similar to the client’s (probably his own.)

The solution is to use InboxAlly to train the anti-spam algorithms to ensure these are legitimate messages.

Let’s wait for what the client decides.
