Continuing the email deliverability setup for the Zoho platform, we monitored the DMARC authentication for a few days to propagate the DNS records updates.
As expected, the compliance level rose to over 95%.
For one of the domains, I considered the service completed.
However, for the other domain, surprisingly, the organization that sent emails with DMARC authentication failures was Zoho itself.
I then asked the client which tool we should have included from the Zoho platform in our assessment.
In parallel, I opened a support ticket with Zoho, asking their assistance in identifying the sending platforms.

We have made significant progress since the start of the project, as shown in the attached images. However, there is still a residual non-compliance (<5%).
I would appreciate your help identifying which tool in the Zoho platform is sending the messages indicated by the servers in the attached images.
