Today, I bring you a case of a re-permissioning campaign.
Due to DNS configuration issues, Yahoo (and AOL) blocked the messages sent to their users, and the customers from these providers received a “suppressed” status in the Klaviyo platform.
We implemented a re-permission campaign, and the results were spectacular, as you can see in the image:
