Continuing the case of messages blocked by Google (which has been stagnant for two days), I provided an update on the support ticket asking for any news. I reiterated the suggestion to escalate to the email deliverability team.
I also reached out to someone on LinkedIn, asking them to introduce me to people at Google who could help.
Lastly, monitoring of the DMARC logs revealed important information, and I sent this message to the client:
Subject: sending messages from Blackbaud.com
Hi _______,
The DMARC record monitoring does show that messages are being sent from the Blackbaud platform with @_______________ senders.
There is a missing configuration that needs to be corrected as soon as possible:
https://webfiles.blackbaud.com/support/helpfiles/award-management/content/am-stewardship-dmarc.html
Part of it needs to be done on the Blackbaud platform (I need to find out who is responsible for that), and the other feature needs to be done in the DNS system (probably _______.)
Could you please request that the settings be made? If you give me access to Blackbaud, I can do the first part and ask ________ to do the second part.
Thank you very much,
Fabrício
